There was a man named PAULO who taught everyone in his village in Guyana math and geography, he had six kids, a wife and eventually had 12 GRANDchildren. Because of his perseverance and drive, he inspired the next generation of his family to pursue their education in the United States.
One choice to move from Guyana to America changed the lives of everyone in Paulo's family.
As a product of that family, Kamini Ramdeen created Paulo Grand as a design house which aims to represent the unique identity of First Generation Americans and the special role we play in society, while honoring those that made sacrifices seen and unseen to live the American dream.
This is the dream reimagined.
